Due to company downsizing I recently found myself on unemployment without medical coverage. Pamela Held walked me through an information session and an application for medical coverage. For a reasonable monthly cost I now have Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield Hospitalization! In addition, my husband is on Social Security Disability & Pamela transferred us to another rep Bob Miller. I was a 3 level manager for AT&T and had over 900 rep's report to me. I molded and trained most of the rep's that worked for AT&T. I have to say that Jeff is a very positive and outgoing individual person. He is very knowledgeable with your products and service. He answered all my questions, and if he didnt know the answer he consulted with someone who knew the answer. He didn't answer my questions that the customer wanted to hear. Sometimes the representatives tell customers what they want to hear, even if it's the INCORRECT answer! Jeff is an ASSET to your company.
In fact, I was in the process of going with Blue Cross and Blue Shield for my benefits, I was getting ready to sign up for Blue Cross just before he called, perfect timing, I would say. Jeff called at the right time. Jeff used some fact finding questions, to customize the plan that was questions. He then focused on those questions to close the sale.
There were women question about the products that didn't help me, but overall the play did suit me and I ended up signing up with your organization.
